Delivery and Pickup Rates

Delivery and pick up rates are based on the estimated time, distance of the location of your event as well as the required delivery-pickup schedule you have selected. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted each way as opposed to a round trip fee. We deliver at any time and at any specific time should your event require for an added fee.  Our most economic rates are based on an open 8 hour window for delivery and pickup. Minimum rental order for deliveries is $85.00 dollars excluding delivery and pick-up service fee. Please note: Our regular delivery and pickup times are Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.  Weekends and after business hours will be charged at a higher rate. After you submit your quote a representative from shoreline party rentals will determine your delivery rates and pick up rates.

At the time of delivery a signature will be required. Once equipment is delivered and signed  you assume possession the rental equipment  and the responsibility of the items,equipment (products ordered).

 


Setup & Teardown Rates

tems that require set-up will be charged an additional charge based on the time required to complete the installation-setup. This charge will be determined once we receive your quote request.


Rental Period

All rates quoted are based on a 24 hour rental period per item

Will CALL ORDERS: Please note not all items are available for customer will call. Client must have proper vehicle to take rental items . Valid credit card and valid state issued identification is required.      MUST PLACE ORDER AT LEAST 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND GUARANTEED ONLY ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

You may be charged a labor fees if your delivery site requires that equipment be taken up stairs or elevator.  If you plan to order additional equipment on the day of your event, additional delivery charges will be applied.

City permit fees for tents,staging,special event permits,amplified sound permits,change of use,fire department,building and safety are the responsibility of the client. should event required any of the previously mentioned.

The damage waiver is 13% of the total of the rented items and covers damage to the equipment rented while in your possession. It is optional and is non-refundable. If the damage waiver is declined, and any rental items are damaged, the customer will be responsible for the replacement charges for the damaged items. DAMAGE WAIVER IS NON REFUNDABLE

If you need us to set up your tables and chairs, there will be additional charges and arrangements must be made in advance.

All china, glassware, silverware, and food service items must be rinsed food-free ad repacked in their containers for return.

100% cancellation charge will apply to items special ordered once order is placed.

100% cancellation will apply to rental items cancelled less than 24 hours from the date of delivery or client pick-up date.

100% charge will apply to items not used, returned unused once delivered or picked up by customer.
